Anastasio Properties was established in 1970 by Stanley Anastasio.  Originally established as Anastasio Real Estate with Stanley Anastasio as a licensed broker from 1970-2015 and since has retired from being a broker.   Anastasio Properties primarily invests in and operates commercial, office and residential property primarily in San Francisco.

Stanley Anastasio – Founder/Owner/Broker 

Stanley immigrated to San Francisco from Italy in the 1950’s.  He grew up working in his father’s restaurant, Victor’s Pizza.   While managing and eventually owning Victor’s pizza, Stanley also was a realtor at Green and Kaufman before becoming a broker and establishing his own company in 1970.   Now semi retired Stanley continues to run a home based real estate company.

Stanley’s oldest son who is an investor and assists with operations.
